| Entry 34: 'Keropok Lekor' I had opened a pack of ‘Keropok Lekor’ was buy by my friend, Dira. I saw strangely. Is it ‘Keropok Lekor’? It looks like uncooked? Weird! The ‘Keropok Lekor’ had boiled not fried. A lot of questions were playing in my mind. Therefore, I had to call Dira to ask about that. Apparently, there are all kinds of ‘Keropok Lekor’ in Terengganu. She told ‘Keropok Lekor’ has ‘Keropok Losong’ and ‘Keropok Goreng. I do not know because I’m Johorean. In Johore, Keropok Lekor was only one type. My friends also looked the Keropok Lekor weirdly. In addition, they are from Malacca and Kedah. To avoid wastage we decided to send the’ Keropok Lekor’ to the cafe and requested an uncle in the café to fry the ‘Keropok Lekor’. After frying, we were eating the ‘Keropok Lekor’. Yeah! My roommate, Ecah and her bestfriend, Erma also joined us. It is so delicious when we ate ‘Keropok Lekor’ with the sauce from Terengganu.
